Authentic happiness are a series of free questionnaires on happiness and well-being that you can chose from. For my course on well-being, I took the Authentic Happiness Survey and the PERMA. I preferred the PERMA test as it is more detailed. I took both test at the beginning and at the end of the course. I was quite surprised by the results. My level of well-being had improved quite a lot.
