These books are a series on different health issues. I really like the one on Arthritis and Inflammation, but if you are watching your calorie intake you have to be careful. If you eat everything that is suggested, you can easily exceed the recommended number of calories per day. I either left out the snacks altogether or ate some of them as meals. The recipes are delicious!
Great information. Portions are small but very good.
These cookbooks contain excellent ideas. One of my favourite recipes, that I now adapt because I'm dairy free lifestyle is Autumn Glory. The presentation (in a pumpkin) is sure to impress your guests!
